Our Pastoral team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Pastor Melanie Carey, New Members “Bridge” Pastor
At TGC we believe that everyone matters to God and us, and as such, it is necessary to see every new member find a place to fit, function, and flow in their respective gifts. Pastor Mel, has served in many leadership capacities for many years, a heart of service, and desires to see each new member connect with TGC as we do life together.
Pastor Ted Lyons, Benevolence & Elderly Care Pastor
At TGC, we believe that caring for our widows, elderly, and those in need is a directive from God and should not be taken lightly. Besides serving as an Elder at TGC, Pastor Ted gives of himself weekly to ensure that the elderly and those in need are not neglected.

Pastor Darlena Russell, Community Outreach Pastor
At TGC, we desire and endeavor to see families transition from our community into our congregation, and eventually into our core. Loving our community without an agenda is the first step, and Pastor Darlena personifies that love and sacrificial service as she coordinates the bus ministry and collaborates with other departments/ministries to see the Kingdom of God demonstrated in our community.

At TGC, equipping the next generation is an integral part of our mandate from God. Having received training and envisioning from Bill Wilson (Founder of Metro World Child, NYC), Bill and Lisa have impacted thousands of children with the love of Christ over the past 30 years and continues to do so in our community.
